LetsGetDry.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Bladder & Bowel Institute (“BBI,” “we,” “us” or “our”). BBI is a physician practice with facilities in Harrison, Arkansas; McKinney, Texas; and The Woodlands, Texas. Our main website is bladderbowelinstitute.com.

2. General information, not medical advice
The Site provides general information about bladder and bowel control problems and the treatments BBI offers. It is not medical advice. The questionnaire on the Site is not a medical assessment or diagnosis. Only a licensed provider who examines you can tell you whether a treatment is right for you. Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site.
3. No doctor-patient relationship
Using the Site, reading its content or submitting the questionnaire does not create a doctor-patient relationship with BBI or any of its providers. A doctor-patient relationship begins only when you become a BBI patient and are seen by a BBI provider.
4. Not for emergencies
The Site is not monitored for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit the questionnaire or request contact through the Site. If you are submitting a request on behalf of someone you care for, you confirm that you have their permission to share their information.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only to request information or contact for yourself or for someone you care for. You agree not to:
- submit false information;
- use the Site to send spam or automated submissions;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it;
- interfere with the operation of the Site; or
- copy, scrape or reuse the content of the Site without our permission.
7. Our content and trademarks
The text, images, logos and design of the Site are owned by BBI or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Bladder & Bowel Institute,” the BBI logo and “LetsGetDry” are marks of Bladder & Bowel Institute. InterStim™ is a trademark of Medtronic. You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
The Site links to bladderbowelinstitute.com and to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites. A link does not mean that we endorse the site.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBI makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the courts located in that state.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
